It was a lovely vintage, autumnal, wedding in Lancashire between Wigan and Preston.
I did a pre wedding photo shoot with Emma and Joe earlier in the year at the amazing Brockholes just outside of Preston. We talked about their wedding and what they had planned. It was such a nice day and we had so much fun creating some lovely photographs. I could tell from my time with Joe and Emma their wedding was going to be a very special day, and one that focused on the love of two people and their commitment to each other and it was such a delight to be their wedding photographer.
Emma and Joe’s wedding was split between two Lancashire towns they are from, Wigan and Preston. The ceremony was in Orrel, Wigan at Jireh Bapist Church and the reception was up the M6, at Haighton Manor in Preston.
We stopped on the way to the venue to take some ace photographs, with the lovely autumnal colours and weather as our backdrop.
For the evening entertainment they had a ceilidh which was great to photograph and the band even played the Blaydon Races.
