Glendower Hotel Wedding Photographer – St Annes- Lancashire
Glendower wedding photographer in August was always going to be a good wedding to photograph. Ruth and Johns stunning wedding at the Glendower Hotel in St. Annes. A stones throw away from the beach and the amazing sand dunes that of course we were going to get some photos on.
I arrived to photograph the bridal prep at Ruth’s parents in St. Annes, who themselves had had their wedding reception at the Glendower 30ish years ago. It had had a few refurbs since then. And it was my first time back at the Glendower since the latest one. I arrived to the brilliant Mairead of Wedlocks on hair duty and Emily from Sonara Parker on MUA. It was a lovely morning of bridal prep with the all the brides family and bridesmaid very excited. Apparently it was perfect windsurfing weather. The wedding ceremony was at St Annes Parish Church.
We stopped off at Ashton Gardens for some wedding photos with the bridal party before going to the Glendower for the wedding reception. While the guests were having the wedding breakfast I had a walk out and caught a bit of the Red Arrows at Blackpool Airshow.
I took the couple over the road to the sand dunes after the meal to get some amazing wedding photos of the couple and even some of them dancing on the dunes. Here are some of my favourites from the day.
