Manor House Wedding Photographer
Sophie and Ste’s wedding at the Manor House Hotel in West Auckland, County Durham. Manor House Hotel is a I first met Sophie when I photographed her mums wedding 5 years ago and it was great to be asked to be her wedding photographer.Victoria Holdstock Make-up Artist was on make up duties.
Rather than a traditional sit down meal Sophie and Ste had chosen to have afternoon tea and made for a laid back relaxed atmosphere.
North East Wedding Photographer
I love to get the the chance to head back to the North East to be asked to do be a North East wedding photographer. It gives me the chance to visit family and get to photograph at some different wedding venues.
Documentary Wedding Photography Style
Sophie was 29 weeks pregnant and just wanted the wedding to be photographed in a relaxed documentary style, with a few group photos. Which is exactly how I like to photograph weddings. Photographing this way lets me tell the whole story of the wedding day and document all that happens as well as getting some lovely intimate portraits of the couple.
I always try and take the couple back out after the meal and speeches to get some more photographs of them and they are more relaxed.
The amazing Ami Vaziri was the evening entertainment.
