Emma and Michael’s Wedding at Bartle Hall. One of my favourite wedding venues and one that I have photographed at many times. It was my first wedding photography job since my daughter had been born so it was nice to be in familiar surroundings and at a wedding where he kids were an important part of the day. The whole day was all at Bartle Hall from the bride getting ready through to the first dance. The wedding was intimate, relaxed and suited y style of documentary wedding photography. There are some really beautiful hidden places in the grounds at Bartle Hall that are perfect for taking the couple away to get some photographs of just them together away from their wedding guests. One of my favourites of the day is the first photo of Emma and Michaels daughter standing next to the wedding dress hanging up, it was caught as it happened, a lovely documentary shot.
