Garstang Golf Club Wedding Photographer
Turned out to be a great day for a Garstang golf club wedding photographer. I left my house in the pouring rain to head to the bride’s parents house in Fulwood, Preston, to photograph the bride and her bridesmaids getting ready. As I arrived the hairdresser had started on one of the bridesmaids hair, while the father of the bride made bacon sandwiches. The house was very calm and I think the bride was the calmest out of everyone. This is the time to get very natural photographs and not to get in anybodies way. Photographs of the wedding dress, flowers and shoes etc really add to the story of the day and look great in a wedding album.
The wedding ceremony and reception was at Garstang Golf Club a lovely wedding venue just out of Preston in Lancashire. The groom was already there when I arrived with his best man and ushers. The bride was on her way in the wedding car. The wedding ceremony room was lovely and light great conditions for photographing.
The bridesmaids walked down the aisle first followed by the bride with her father. The ceremony had very personal touches and readings. The bride and groom were obviously very happy and had a few laughs as well as it shows in the photos.
I took did the group family photos after the ceremony during the drinks reception, as well as a photograph of all the day guests. ii then took the happy couple away to get some great photos of them together. Trying to reflect in the photos, the couples personality and how happily in love they are.
Throughout the rest of the day including the speeches I photographed the wedding party and guests, enjoying themselves, in a very natural and relaxed approach.
